Suggested an additional index and aggregation schema that would improve performance but be flexible enough to work on both Oracle and SQL Server 2000. Aspect

Designed and implemented a two stage reporting database in DB2 for Aspects new IPCS Contact Suite product. Recommended ERwin for Data Modeling and design work. Designed and created Stored Procedures and Triggers that populate reporting oriented tables with data that arrived in communications oriented layouts and formats. Wrote design documents that detailed transformation rules, and sample code for each technique to be used. Presented to and trained three SQL developers during handoff phase.

CCI helped Liberty develop and implement a new data extraction process to support their RiskTrac product. Trained employees on the use of C++ for DataWarehouse Extraction. Documented the architecture of the code and data feeds so that the same code base and tools could be reused on other projects with less training. Helped to data model and document the 4000+ tables used by their extensive applications. Gave presentations on how to leverage the data model and automated data dictionary generation in their business groups.
